Refund policy

We offer a 7-day exchange and return window from the date of delivery. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within this period. 

We will refund the full amount (excluding shipping fee, if applied) during returns. We will initiate the refund in 24hrs from the date of us receiving the returned product (in its original condition).

Please ensure the item is:

Once we receive the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed within a few business days.
